Search Term of the Day: Legal Marketing Edition (Now, with memes!)

Every once in a while, I peruse what terms people use to find our blog. Occasionally it’s informative. Often, it’s hilarious. Sometimes it’s sad.

Well, today, someone found our blog using a search term that made me feel a way I can express best through a meme:

Yes, someone found our blog today using the search term:

is it legal for a law firm in pennsylvania to hire someone to write legal blog posts

To whatever poor soul asked that question, I implore you to read Eric Turkewitz’s New York Personal Injury Attorney Blog post on why outsourcing marketing = outsourcing ethics.

But to answer your question β€” is it illegal in Pennsylvania? No.

That’s the wrong question to be asking, though. The better inquiry: Is it stupid?

Yup.

I’ll let my LOLyerΒ take it from here:

Until next time, kids. Same bat time. Same bat channel.

You will never regret searching your logs for “is it legal” searches.

For example, I had “is it legal to buy an elephant in pennsylvania?”

I sure hope they don’t think my blog had the answer.
